The Duke of Time

Sometimes identified as the planet Jupiter, he works for Godly supremo Taiyi at the Celestial Ministry of Time and is also the God of Astrology and Fortunes.

He has no interest in doing horoscopes for popular newspapers; he works only by Royal Appointment. Somewhat tetchy, does not like disturbances.
