St ACHILLEUS

Roman Soldier who converted.

Along with his brother St NEREUS(2), he was baptized by St PETER. He then threw down his sword and refused to slaughter any more Christians. This is the quickest way of becoming a Saint.

There must be a vast Roman Army of Saints being re-united with their heads somewhere: "This isn't the head I started out with — can you form the men into ranks and do a march past with an 'eyes right' command so I can see if I can find my real head?"

Imagine lots of military drill and exercise. No more war, but plenty of marching hymns. 'Onward Christian Soldiers' is sure to be a favorite.

We are often asked about merchandise. Can we supply the latest St Achilleus graphic novel, book or comic? Not to mention role-playing games (RPG), video games, St Achilleus movies on DVD, BluRay and so on. To purchase such goodies we suggest you search for a dedicated mythology-based online store - or try Amazon, Ebay or other reputable websites. We offer a wide range of our own merchandise in our online GodShop, but we don't currently sell third party items. Yet!

Visitors often email us asking about St Achilleus statues, sculptures or carved figurines of St Achilleus. We regret we cannot assist with identifying such items.
