St BENEDICT-BISCOPAlso known as BENET-BISCOP, BISCOP-BADUCING
Originally from Northumberland, he did a lot of commuting to France and Rome bringing back lots of new-fangled ideas like books and glass and Gregorian chants and architecture.
Struck with palsy in later life he carried on from his sickbed to the best of his very capable abilities.
