St BRICE
Also known as BRICE-OF-TOURS

Patron Saint of Stomach Problems and Tummyache

A protégé of St MARTIN-OF-TOURS.

He let his mentor down on every occasion. He disobeyed his holy orders, laughed at the other monks and was protected from punishment because he was also very rich.

He was elected Bishop to replace Martin when he died. It is possible money may have changed hands. His behavior did not improve and he was eventually forced to leave under a cloud.

He fled to Rome where after seven years he saw the light and returned as such a wonderfully changed pious and loveable person he was soon back to being Bishop, and was so sickeningly perfect that Sainthood was bestowed upon him.

We are often asked about merchandise. Can we supply the latest St Brice graphic novel, book or comic? Not to mention role-playing games (RPG), video games, St Brice movies on DVD, BluRay and so on. To purchase such goodies we suggest you search for a dedicated mythology-based online store - or try Amazon, Ebay or other reputable websites. We offer a wide range of our own merchandise in our online GodShop, but we don't currently sell third party items. Yet!

Visitors often email us asking about St Brice statues, sculptures or carved figurines of St Brice. We regret we cannot assist with identifying such items.
