St DRITHELM

Returned from the dead to become a monk at Melrose in Northumbria.

He scared the wits out of his wife and the mourners when he told them he had come back to lead a very different life. Having seen Hell at first-hand, his descriptions of the place were a unique insight and very popular.

It was not all flames and furnaces, he explained. You also got tossed into freezing ice. When he chose to recite prayers standing in an icy river he would declare: "I have felt greater cold".

We are often asked about merchandise. Can we supply the latest St Drithelm graphic novel, book or comic? Not to mention role-playing games (RPG), video games, St Drithelm movies on DVD, BluRay and so on. To purchase such goodies we suggest you search for a dedicated mythology-based online store - or try Amazon, Ebay or other reputable websites. We offer a wide range of our own merchandise in our online GodShop, but we don't currently sell third party items. Yet!

Visitors often email us asking about St Drithelm statues, sculptures or carved figurines of St Drithelm. We regret we cannot assist with identifying such items.
