Christian Saint

Jesuit Missionary and Martyr who went off to India to convert the Hindus.

He made extensive preparations and immersed himself in the culture as best he could, but it all went wrong. We present his case notes:

Choose the right robes to go with the prevailing caste system. I need to appear as someone important. Fine. Check.

Hmmm. Baptism goes down well. Mostly thanks to the sacred Ganges River.

Now for this prince — I’ll just have a word about monogamy and get him to discard all those superfluous wives...
