St JUSTA

Christian Saint

Patron Saint of Seville and Potters

Potter and Martyr from Seville, and possibly the sister of St RUFINA.

Their pottery went to pot when they refused to sell pots intended for pagan rituals. So frustrated customers smashed their pots — and the potters in return shattered pagan idols.

This led to them being arrested, and they met nasty ends in the torture chamber.
