Patron Saint of Christian Apologetics and Philosophers

Philosopher and Martyr, he was a theologian who had a school of Christian studies in Rome.

He wrote two apologies defending Christianity against charges of impiety and sedition.

His explanations of why Christians didn’t worship idols was enough to get him arrested and exterminated.
