MENOETIUS

Greek Rude God

Also known as MENOITOS

Irritating deity of insults and rash words

He is the fourth son of IAPETUS and CLYMENE and is by far the most annoying. A thoughtless kid with an impulsive tongue, he manages to insult or otherwise irritate just about everybody.

Such hubris rarely ends well. He was finally struck down by ZEUS’s thunderbolt for the crime of intolerable insolence and is now entombed in the Underworld. Let that be a lesson to you.
