PRAHLADA

A loyal demon.

We live and learn. He was the son of arch-demon HIRANYAKASHIPU, but was loyal to VISHNU.

His evil father tortured him and did his best to kill him, but VISHNU came to the rescue and put paid to the evil dad once and for all .

As a reward for his loyalty under parental pressure, PRAHLADA was given a kingdom where he lived happily ever after apart from a few nightmares.

We are often asked about merchandise. Can we supply the latest Prahlada graphic novel, book or comic? Not to mention role-playing games (RPG), video games, Prahlada movies on DVD, BluRay and so on. To purchase such goodies we suggest you search for a dedicated mythology-based online store - or try Amazon, Ebay or other reputable websites. We offer a wide range of our own merchandise in our online GodShop, but we don't currently sell third party items. Yet!

Visitors often email us asking about Prahlada statues, sculptures or carved figurines of Prahlada. We regret we cannot assist with identifying such items.
