VIBISHANA

Having [RAVANA] for a brother drove this demon to Goodness.

He needed to do his own thing — how could he hope to compete with undefeated 'Top of the Shits' RAVANA? So VIBISHANA gave up telling fibs, prayed to BRAHMA, received blessings and tried to persuade his brother kidnapping RAMA's wife SITA was not a good idea, and joined RAMA'S army to prove it.

For being on the side of righteousness, he was granted immortality and made king of Sri Lanka. What he is doing at present is open to speculation. He could be something big in the export trade.

We are often asked about merchandise. Can we supply the latest Vibishana graphic novel, book or comic? Not to mention role-playing games (RPG), video games, Vibishana movies on DVD, BluRay and so on. To purchase such goodies we suggest you search for a dedicated mythology-based online store - or try Amazon, Ebay or other reputable websites. We offer a wide range of our own merchandise in our online GodShop, but we don't currently sell third party items. Yet!

Visitors often email us asking about Vibishana statues, sculptures or carved figurines of Vibishana. We regret we cannot assist with identifying such items.
