Yes, Sanopi is the God of Black Goo that we’ve been looking for all this time. He’s an amorphous black blob who once taunted Coyote and got into a fight. The enraged Coyote tried to bite him, but his paws got stuck in the black gooey mess. Sanopi wouldn’t let go, and pretty soon Coyote was stuck fast.
Several years passed. Coyote slowly starved to death. Only then did Sanopi let him go. But not without an apology.
