BJORT

Norse Sun Goddess 🌞

Also known as Biort

Possibly a Goddess of Sunlight

She controls the brightness and contrast. A poetic personification of bright daylight. Her name means ‘Shining One’and she controls bright sunlight. All without the aid of sunglasses or protective lotion.

She is listed as a companion of Freya, although there may be a bit of confusion with the handmaiden of MENGLOD.
