Oceanic fabulous creature

This was a cannibal monster slain by QAT after his brothers went missing.

QAT found his brother’s bones in the monster’s lair and made them laugh by blowing through a reed, so he knew he had the right bones. Then he restored them to full life before paddling off into the sunset.
