Oceanic Creator God

A Creator God who made humans from grubs

We get in a bit of a tangle with Oceanic Gods, particularly when it comes to sorting out the TAGAROs from the TANGAROAs. But TANGALOA is definitely the one with the grubs.

After making himself a wife out of stone, he planted a special vine. The grubs that rooted around in the roots were re-routed to Earth to become mankind. So there you are.

TANGALOA also sent a messenger bird, TULI, to Earth to provide shelter.
