Man-lion critter from Thailand
This is the famous Thai man-lion creature as seen on all the statues. It is a fierce centaur-like animal of undetermined origin (nobody likes to get close enough to find out). However it seems suspiciously close a Sphinx.
The Norasingh may have hooves in place of claws, or maybe it wears designer footwear. Whatever it is, it has a long tail.
The upper part is humanoid-ish but down below it is either female or male lion. There are obviously more than one, so they must have possible breeding capacity.
