CHEDI-BUMBA

African Bird God

Creator God of Birds. Well, a bird

He’s the youngest son of BUMBA the Creator God. Following the success of his brother CHONGANDA in creating all the world’s plants, CHEDI-BUMBA was eager to have a try.

But creation is not easy and all the poor kid could manage was a variation on a theme.

Thus the kite, a bird similar to an eagle, was created. But everyone smiled nicely and he was content with that.
