UNUT
Also known as UN, WENUT

A picture showing the legend of UNUT taken from our Egyptian mythology archives. Illustration by Chas Saunders. Read the story below or search the index for more Egyptian Gods, Egyptian Goddesses, heroes, demons and monsters!

The Egyptian Hare Goddess.

She started out as a Snake Goddess in ancient times, but eventually had a beauty makeover and became a lovely female with a rabbit on her head. We know not why.

Every Godmos should have a Hare or Rabbit deity somewhere. Most of them do. It seems to be obligatory.

We are often asked about merchandise. Can we supply the latest Unut graphic novel, book or comic? Not to mention role-playing games (RPG), video games, Unut movies on DVD, BluRay and so on. To purchase such goodies we suggest you search for a dedicated mythology-based online store - or try Amazon, Ebay or other reputable websites. We offer a wide range of our own merchandise in our online GodShop, but we don't currently sell third party items. Yet!

Visitors often email us asking about Unut statues, sculptures or carved figurines of Unut. We regret we cannot assist with identifying such items.
