The Shinto and Folk Gods of Japan...

FUKUROKUJU

Shinto Good Health God

Also known as Fuku-Roku-Ju

Fitness Coach of the Shichi-Fukujin

Member of the Seven Japanese Gods of Good Fortune.

Fukurokuju is in charge of Health and Fitness. He keeps in good shape, but we are not sure if this is the shape most people would want to be... with an elongated head and short bandy legs.

We feel he may have been purloined by the Feng Shui brigade as part of their Fuk, Luk & Shou package, which is of course Chinese and should remain more inscrutable than popular.

There are six more Gods of Good Fortune — see our amazing package deal — Shichi Fukujin.
