SKADI
Also known as SKAOI

Giant Winter Goddess of Skiing

She's known as the Snow-Shoe Goddess after being forced to choose a husband from among the Gods, who would only let her see their shoes.

Unfortunately, the fairest footwear belonged to the ugly NJORD and not the handsome BALDUR she was hoping for. Needless to say, the marriage was a disaster and they never became sole-mates.

Eventually she ran off with ULL, presumably because he's good at skiing.

We are often asked about merchandise. Can we supply the latest Skadi graphic novel, book or comic? Not to mention role-playing games (RPG), video games, Skadi movies on DVD, BluRay and so on. To purchase such goodies we suggest you search for a dedicated mythology-based online store - or try Amazon, Ebay or other reputable websites. We offer a wide range of our own merchandise in our online GodShop, but we don't currently sell third party items. Yet!

Visitors often email us asking about Skadi statues, sculptures or carved figurines of Skadi. We regret we cannot assist with identifying such items.
