ABERE

A picture showing the legend of ABERE taken from our Oceanic mythology archives. Illustration by Chas Saunders. Read the story below or search the index for more Oceanic Gods, Oceanic Goddesses, heroes, demons and monsters!

A Cannibal Demoness who lurks in the marsh and lures people to their doom.

When you go down to the swamp today, you're sure of a big surprise. A beautiful naked lady, a tangle of reeds from which there is no escape, and suddenly you're the main course.

Didn't your mother warn you about playing near the bog?

We are often asked about merchandise. Can we supply the latest Abere graphic novel, book or comic? Not to mention role-playing games (RPG), video games, Abere movies on DVD, BluRay and so on. To purchase such goodies we suggest you search for a dedicated mythology-based online store - or try Amazon, Ebay or other reputable websites. We offer a wide range of our own merchandise in our online GodShop, but we don't currently sell third party items. Yet!

Visitors often email us asking about Abere statues, sculptures or carved figurines of Abere. We regret we cannot assist with identifying such items.
