SARACURA

South American fabulous creature

Water hen who managed to outwit the wicked ANATIWA.

When the Great Flood was in progress, she managed to put together a mound of mud for humans to rest of. It was a lot of work rebuilding it as ANATIWA kept sending fish to nibble it away.

But in the end the waters drained off and humans were saved. By a water hen. Sometimes sacred saviors come in humble forms.
