UGRASENA

Indian legendary mortal

Just a king in the wrong place at the wrong time.

A demon raped his wife, and a son ensued KAMSA the demon. The kindly king brought him up as his own son but you can’t be kind to demons. As soon as he was old enough, he took over the kingdom, casting out or killing his step dad.

There are conflicting accounts — with the emphasis on conflict. Anyway the demon got well and truly sorted by KRISHNA, which is perhaps all you need to know.
