You name it, he's it: East Wind, Mist, Pipe Smoke, Thunder, Lightning and Shape Changer. He can turn into every animal a Native American could think of and quite a few more. He's also known as Lord Hare as he always has a few extra tricks up his paws. (In fact he could even be MANABOZHO in disguise.)
During a spot of creation, he managed to flood the world and had to start again. RAVEN couldn't help and OTTER proved equally useless. It was MUSKRAT who had to dive to the bottom and come up with the necessary mud. That was as good as a marriage proposal to MICHABO and now they're very happy together. They started again from scratch and now it is all hunky dory until next time.
Furthermore MICHABO is said to run a really good Heaven with plenty of feasts and banquets for the good and dead.
