St. CASIMIR OF POLAND

Christian Saint

Patron Saint of Lithuania and Poland, also Young People

His father being king he was torn between king father and Heavenly father.

Ordered to invade Hungary he turned back as he did not think God would approve. His father sent him into exile which suited him as he could now spend all his time in prayer and devotions.

Sadly his lungs were in poor shape so at the age of twenty-three he went to join his Heavenly Father.
