HELEN

Of Troy. The face that launched a thousand ships

She was a daughter of ZEUS via LEDA laying an egg. Naturally he wished to keep very quiet about this and came to an arrangement with Tyndareous, King of the Spartans, to do the fatherhood honors.

HELEN grew up to be astonishingly beautiful and this was her downfall — also the downfall of Troy due to the manipulations of ERIS.

However, it was very good news for Homer and all lovers of sublime tragic literature.

We are often asked about merchandise. Can we supply the latest Helen graphic novel, book or comic? Not to mention role-playing games (RPG), video games, Helen movies on DVD, BluRay and so on. To purchase such goodies we suggest you search for a dedicated mythology-based online store - or try Amazon, Ebay or other reputable websites. We offer a wide range of our own merchandise in our online GodShop, but we don't currently sell third party items. Yet!

Visitors often email us asking about Helen statues, sculptures or carved figurines of Helen. We regret we cannot assist with identifying such items.
